EvgenoFit Privacy Policy

This page describes what data EvgenoFit collects, how we use it, and the choices you have.

EvgenoFit is an iOS app for fitness logging and education. We deliberately keep the data we collect to the minimum needed to make the app work.

What we collect

Account information

When you sign in with Apple, we receive:

• A unique user identifier issued by Apple. We store this so we can attach your training data to your account.
• An email address you choose to share with us during Sign in with Apple. This may be your real email or a private relay address provided by Apple. We never see your password.

Training data you create

When you log workouts in the app we store, under your account only:

• Workout sessions (start time, end time, optional notes, optional reference to the workout template the session was started from).
• Sets you record (exercise identifier, the tracking type used, and only the fields that tracking type requires — reps and weight in kilograms for a standard set, duration in seconds for a timed exercise, distance in meters for a distance exercise, or reps for a bodyweight exercise — plus a server-side timestamp).
• Custom exercises you create (name, the muscle group you assigned, the tracking type you chose, and any optional cues or notes you typed).
• Saved workouts you build (name, the ordered list of exercises you put in it, optional notes).
• Your preferred weight unit (kilograms or pounds).
• The date your account was created.

Diagnostic data

If the app crashes, we receive a crash report through Firebase Crashlytics. The report contains the device model, operating system version, and a stack trace of the crash. Crash reports do not contain your training data and are not linked to your account or identity.

What we do not collect

• We do not access your contacts, photos, camera, microphone, location, motion data, or HealthKit.
• We do not display ads.
• We do not track you across other apps or websites. The app does not show the App Tracking Transparency prompt.
• We do not buy or sell your data.

How we use your data

We use the data above only to:

• Sign you in and keep you signed in across launches.
• Save your training history, custom exercises, saved workouts, preferences, and personal records to your account.
• Show that data back to you on the Dashboard, the Workouts tab, the History tab, and Settings.
• Diagnose and fix crashes (via Crashlytics).

We do not use your data for advertising, profiling, or any third-party purpose.

How long we keep it

Your account and training data stay in our database for as long as your account exists. You can delete everything at any time from inside the app: open Settings, scroll to Account, tap Delete account, and confirm. Deletion removes all your sessions, sets, your account record, and your Apple authentication entry. Crash reports are retained by Firebase Crashlytics under their default retention period.

Where your data is stored

Your data is stored using Google Firebase services:

• Firebase Authentication (account identity).
• Cloud Firestore (training data).
• Firebase Crashlytics (crash reports only).

Firebase data centres are operated by Google. Their privacy practices are described at https://firebase.google.com/support/privacy.

We do not share your data with any other third parties.

Your rights

You can:

• See your training data inside the app at any time (Dashboard, Workouts, History).
• Sign out of the app from Settings.
• Permanently delete your account and all training data from Settings, with no manual intervention from us.
• Contact us at evgenofit@gmail.com with any questions about your data.

If you live in the EU, UK, or another region with applicable data protection laws (such as GDPR), the same rights apply. You can request access, correction, or deletion of your data by emailing us. The fastest path to deletion is the in-app button.

Children

EvgenoFit is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13. If you believe a child has created an account, contact us and we will delete it.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy we will update the effective date at the top and, where appropriate, surface the change inside the app. Material changes will be communicated before they take effect.
